  Whose Voice Should We Listen To?

  to the household of god, israel, and all those who go with... may you have peace!.

  i was recently directed to post some truths about the harlot, babylon the great, including who she is (i.e., those who profess to be in union with christ, but are not, and so commit fornication with the "kings of the earth" (e.g., persons such as popes, gb members, and other so-called "leaders" who believe they have been given charge over a "kingdom"... but have not... yet (revelation 17:12)... and when they are, it is soley for the purpose of destroying the harlot (revelation 17:13, 16-18)).. some have taken issue with this truth (who babylon the great is), and praise jah, our lord has given me more to share with you on that matter.

  some of you may have already received this truth; however, for those who have not, i share the following, taken from chapters 8 and 9 of the proverbs:.

  here we go:does anybody know any witnesses who got baptised in order to achive something else instead of worshipping jehovah?for example i know a jw who got baptised because his only motivation was to get laid (get married) with a female jw..

  I got baptized for the right reasons I loved what I had learned. I was accused by many from my Hall, by getting baptized for love. I got accused for Pioneering for love. Even thou I wasn't interested in anyone. It stuck with me for years. I felt bitterness from the accusations. I wondered why someone with a love for the Truth would feel like a leper from his Spiritual Family. One reason I always caused trouble when I could with Elders and Elderetts. I hated most of them.

  One Elder who was concerned about my decision in Baptism gave me quite alot of trouble for years. I wish I had the last laugh (I did kind of) when he died his daughter came out and said he had raped her since she was 12. The Elderett became very quiet and stopped judging others. The balls of that man to question my Love for God. Hope he is burning in Hell.

  You Lie I Lie

  i am still presently 'active' because of family and have recently been hounded by the elder due to low hours in the ministry.

  i have decided though that i now feel that i can lie on my service report because fds has set the perfect example for me to follow.

  yesterday in the watchtower study they were misleading in refering to millions now living may never die, and also used two scriptures to support the need to witness day and night but the scriptures were completly unrealated and taken out of context.

  Again I wish I would have thought of lying about hrs. in service.

  Dearone do it, funny how we are (were) told do your best is all that matters, but that is a lie. You do your best you can't put anymore hrs in, yet they always bring you aside and say you can do more. Using the National average doesn't sound like they are concerned about your best does it?

  i really needed to find a place to write this as i don't believe i can talk with anyone else about my account, perhaps it is similar to a lot of yours.. last night for whatever reason i said i would go online and look up information on jws.

  i have been raised as a jw all my life and baptized the last few years.

  i looked at www.freeminds.org and www.sixscreensofthewatchtower.com and couldn't believe how easily the whole of my lifes teachings were refuted.. i can't stop my brain from running, bs just in regards to theology alone (1914, paradise earth, celebrations etc.

  Highlights from “Circuit (2 days) Assembly” Be Afraid Very Afraid!!!

  the content of the program presented at the circuit assembly: safeguard your spirituality served as a re-affirmation that the wt/gb is loosing the grip of rank & file.

  they are becoming boulder and boulder in their blatant use of mind control techniques; in my opinion, their mind control techniques used to be more subtle.

  but the content of the program in this past assembly clearly reflected that they are acting out of frustration and desperation.

  Every time I see a thread about meetings or assembly highlights. It brings me back sitting in those seats all dressed up hearing the same thing over and over and over again.

  What was I thinking.

  I feel for the elderly JW's who leave after decades of Service.

  this is not really a jw issue but rather a xian issue.. when i hear someone say that i feel a physical revulsion and aggravation similar to someone taking sandpaper directly to my spine.. as much as i know human nature...i am still really shocked anyone has the arrogance and stupidity to utter that sentiment.. i mean, ok, if you in your middle class/healthy/suffering-free life can conclude everything in your life happens for a reason, well i pity you...but doncha watch the news?.

  Outlaw love the Jack Daniels fool. what a waste of good Jack.

  It's sad to think at one time anytime a tragedy happened in the world you had this little glowing feeling inside, this smug feeling knowing this was a sign that the end is near. I am embassrased for feeling like that at one time. Today when I hear that "Well everything happenes for a reason" I respond with "Yep your right, God is a rotten Bastard"

  my mother, like all the dubs, excels at dropping casual sentences here and there designed to suck me back into the borg.... her latest subtle (not) attempt to use my father's death as the drawing card was to send an sms saying only: "death is so unnatural".. of course i remember all those public talks, so i know exactly where she's coming from: we were made to live forever so no wonder death is so painful for us to deal with.. but honestly, what planet are they on????
